Cooking Classes

One Sunday a month, the kitchen opens for eight guests. Hands-on with Agi: pasta, sauces, the breaking of bread. We finish at the table together.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual. We love a tucked shirt and a good pair of shoes. No requirements, just self-respect.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated for the tasting?

Yes — vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free and most allergens are accommodated with at least 48 hours' notice. The kitchen will craft a parallel progression.

Do you allow corkage?

Yes, with a small fee. We ask that bottles brought in are not on our list. Limit two per table.

How far in advance do you book?

Reservations open four weeks in advance. The chef's table and Saturday tastings are typically the first to fill.

Is the room accessible?

Yes — step-free entrance from Main Street and an accessible washroom on the main floor. Please mention any specific needs in the booking notes.
